A New Visual Identity and Online Presence for Requisite Talent Partners
Requisite Talent Partners, a new recruiting firm, wanted an updated visual identity and website.
Working closely with the founders, I set several goals for their new brand. I wanted to create a logo that reflected their clients, talent, and could easily translate into a strong digital presence.
Recruiters build close relationships with businesses and talent, so I strove to create a brand mark to represent those relationships.
A sophisticated, trustworthy, and high end brand color palette was developed to reflect RTP's values and goals.
A main goal for their new website was to provide a great user experience no matter the device they are using while serving both the client and talent side of their business.
While designing with mobile in mind, I a design that reflected the partnerships that RTP builds while offering users many opportunities to connect.
