The first phase of a project is when I focus on defining user needs and desired outcomes. Digging deep allows me to frame the problem, understand project goals, and form a perspective on an initial solution direction.

Once the discovery phase is complete, I move on to the design phase. Here, I explore creative concepts, develop or maintain brand identity, and plan for all other aspects of the project.

As the design phase passes, feedback refines the development of engaging end products. Here, I connect the project goals with our target personas.

After the creative phase, its time for creative development. This is where I add finishing touches to the project while creating any essential documentation.
